Brief AI Commentary
Josef Strauss wrote Feuerfest! for a safe manufacturer, and the title means fireproof. An anvil becomes part of the orchestra, transforming industrial confidence into festive rhythmic punctuation.
Rieu presents the polka with theatrical good humor. Its unusual percussion and instantly graspable beat make the piece both a period curiosity and durable entertainment.
